| SRE is seeking to establish Co-ops in SC, NC, VA, MD, PA, OH to produce feedstock as well as crushing, transportation and processing. Additionally, we are seeking to establish long term relationships and potentially equity positions with local rendering plants. |

| This objective is two fold: |

This new coop group would provide farmers with a guaranteed income (where no income currently exists) to produce winter crops. We anticipate this being a stabilizing and economic boost for the States with relation to job creation. |

The formation of these Co-ops would guarantee SRE the ability to be self reliant and not dependent upon volatile commodity pricing. |
|
|
| In short, the SRE business model "Cradle-to-the-Grave", would ensure SRE's success with a guaranteed feedstock supply at a controlled price ensuring that we operate at 95% production capacity. |
